* A Valid DC Driver's License or Non-Driver ID Card
* Social Security Card

One can be provided on the spot on THURSDAYS ONLY at 9AM on a First Come, First Serve basis at the New York Presbyterian Church located at 1313 New York Avenue, NW - Wash DC
